About the role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Habbeat Health, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our AI-driven fitness and nutrition platform. Your expertise in backend development will help us scale our services while ensuring seamless integration with our front-end applications.

This position requires a strong understanding of both backend technologies and front-end frameworks, allowing you to contribute effectively to the entire stack of our application.

What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for our application.

  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

  • Implement security and data protection measures.

  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to innovate and improve our tech stack.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on backend technologies.

  • Proficiency in server-side languages such as Node.js, Python.

  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases.

  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React and React-Native.

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

  • Understanding of fitness and nutrition domains is a plus.
